One Bedroom Basement Flat With Large Garden/Parki

A newly refurbished one bedroom basement flat with own entrance, off street parking and access to large front garden. There is a large kitchen/diner with victorian arched alcove with modern white units, a new cooker, freezer, fridge and used washing machine. This leads into a hall with a door to a new shower room sink and toilet. This then leads on to an open bedroom with a victorian fireplace. We are flexible as to whether someone needs furniture as we spare sofa, bed, wardrobe and drawers etc.
We are looking for someone who is fairly quiet.
