The house is a large Victorian Detached property with a wealth of character, walking distance to the city centre. It has off road parking (first come first serve) and a large private garden, mostly laid to lawn, however with a large blocked patio area.

It is well maintained (just redecorated!) and is a registered HMO with Herefordshire Council. All fire, smoke and safety equipemnt are fitted throughout. The house has just had replacement double glazing and solar panels installed.

All bills are included, all mod cons provided in the living and kitchen areas and they are furnished, the bedrooms are NOT.

The room available is a basement room that has it's own access off the hall which leads to a nice private hallway area where the bedroom leads from as well as the en-suite shower room. The shower is a nice 1200 size and not pokey.
