Mon-Fri Room in townhouse in Hemel Hempstead

Room with small double bed offered in a townhouse owned by a couple and 4 cats.
Room has wardrobe and drawers for storage, bedding changed by us on a weekly basis but there is easy access to a washing machine. Lodger will have access to private 3 piece bathroom with shower over the bath.
Kitchen is shared and lodger can make own meals and use fridge/freezer but will have own sitting room/dining room, with tv, overlooking garden.
There is plenty of parking around the cul de sac.
The house is by the Grand Union canal and is a 5 min walk to Apsley train station which has trains to Euston taking less than 30 mins. There is easy access to M25 and M1. Town centre of Hemel and local council sports centre are less than 30 min walk or 5 min drive. Sainsburys supermarket is a short walk along the canal or you can drive there.
Nearby towns of Berkhamsted, St Albans and Watford also a drive away.
We are friendly but will respect privacy of lodger and will expect the same. We generally spend evenings at home or at the gym. Would like someone who doesn't like loud music or staying up late as we have early starts. Needs to like animals especially cats! But we will ensure that they don't interfere with the rooms allocated to the lodger. All bills included (no use of landline).
