We have just purchased a spectacular 4 bedroom townhouse in Apsley and are looking for one male or female to take a room. All bills are included and there will be SKY Sports included.
The room that is available is a double room with a built in wardrobe, fully furnished and the bed has a memory foam mattress.
There is both a dining room and a living room, making plenty of space in the house and a garage is available for storage of any items that you wish to store.
The house is 15 minutes walk to Apsley station. The room is available from 1st April.
As for us, we are an engaged couple, easy going, but tidy. Please get in touch if you would like to see the house, we are more than happy to show you round any time.
We are also more than happy to discuss prices for anyone who would like a Mon-Fri room.
