The house:
A three bed house in a quiet cul-de-sac . This was redecorated just over a year ago including new carpets. The house has a fully fitted kitchen / dining room measuring almost 20ft in length incorporating a washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen leads through to the full width lounge overlooking the rear garden. The garden has a patio area with table and chairs and is perfect for summer BBQs. If required there is secure storage space available for a push bike. There is plenty of car parking available in the road itself. The road is a cul-de-sac and has very little traffic and is very quiet.

The Bedroom:
This has a double wardrobe and two bedside tables with drawers along with a wooden double bed and orthopaedic mattress. There is additional storage space under the bed itself. The room has a wall mounted television, three double plug sockets, radiator with thermostatic valve, blackout blind to the window and curtains. The room measures 3. 10m x 2. 75m approx.

About us:
We are a couple that are very easy going and enjoy cooking, walks/cycle rides along the canal, karate, skiing and of course the odd pint at the local pubs. We keep honey bees at the local farm and are often there at weekends. We both work and that means we are out a fair bit, but usually like to relax when we get home. Weekends are usually the chance to catch up with family and friends either at home or away.
