This flat is on London road and is a 5 min walk to Apsley station, Sainsbury super market and the canal. Open plan lounge and kitchen and is modern all the way through. full gas central heating with double glazing windows. Has a small shared garden at the rear. Easy access to M25 and M1. EPC available by request. Property was purpose built in 2005 so its fairly new.

ALL YOUR BILLS AND COUNCIL TAX ARE EXTRA. Gas is pay as you go which you can top up with a card in 'bottle and basket' which is a 2 min walk. Electric you pay every month along with council tax and water you pay ever quarter.

There is NO PARKING AT ALL outside the shop its next door 24/7 but there are a few spaces a couple doors up from the property which are on a first come first serve basis. But parking on the shop drive is aloud on moving in and out day ONLY.

I require 2 references from the following: GP, Dentist, former landlord or employer .

Deposit is £1380 which one half is a full month up front and the other half is a damage deposit. So £690 you will get back at the end of your term as long as there is no damage or issues. If you want your deposit registered then that it is £20 and then £20 for a credit check. Also I will need your former address from either a drivers license or utility bill.

A friend of mine is in it so I only need to give a weeks notice for it to be empty.

NO DSS OR PETS AT ALL as my insurance does not cover it and I can not bend the rules so do not ask.
