- As you walk into BLUE room
We have two lovely, light-and-airy, large single rooms to spare in our 5 bed family home near Barnet.
The first "BLUE" spare room has long gone to a wonderful gentleman who fits in with us perfectly, so we are now looking to rent out the second "PINK" room (see photos)from 8th Sept 2012. Please don't let the colour deter you gentlemen!
It has fitted furniture throughout. It is Sky TV enabled, has infinity broadband and our cleaner will dust and hoover it once a week.
We have a washing machine & tumble dryer & plentiful parking. We are situated between Elstree & Borhamwood, Mill Hill & Barnet. Access to the M25 is a few minutes by car, and we are 5 minutes by bus to High Barnet tube.
In terms of family, we are a Mum who works from home. One daughter who is away at Uni and rarely home. The other daughter graduated 2 years ago and is building her career by putting in long hours at work.
