I am seeking a young professional to rent a large double fully furnished bedroom, in a 2 bedroom flat with private entrance.
Room contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side unit and a large desk. You would have full use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The development has only 16 flats so it is very quiet and neighbors are friendly, it is only 5 years old and well kept.

The high street is a few minutes walk with a large Tescos near by; the train station is a 15-20 minute walk.

Most evenings I like to go swimming, cycling or to the gym.

I am a tidy and clean person, non smoker and do not have pets and I am looking for someone similar.

In my spare time I enjoy cooking and baking.
