3 minutes from the station, next door to a village Londis shop and post office.
I moved in late January, I've got a spare double room for someone, and the lounge is pretty spacious. I've decorated the place and been getting it comfortable. New fridge freezer, new washing machine, new microwave and kitchen appliances, Apple TV, Superfast Virgin Fibre broadband, Sony TV, new carpet, paint, new hoover, everything is new basically. Still slowly adding a few things (tv unit next, new windows to be fitted April) but basically its a pretty new block and I wanted to bring it to a high standard).

It's up to you if you would like to bring in your own bed and things for your room, let me know. (its all had new carpet and paint already) You can personalise it or I can get a wardrobe, bedside table and bed if you don't already have these.

I'm 29, sociable and pretty easy going. I work in Film in London (and am from London originally) but I've decided to live in Baldock as I know it through some friends who live here and its a nicer place to live.

I will approx spend 2 nights in London per week which is an added bonus for the flat mate. I'll also spend the odd weekend in London. So basically your not sharing a house with a family and confined to your room, its there to be lived in.

I enjoy being sociable but chill out a fair bit during the week too. I'm after someone who is clean and tidy, cleans up after themselves, sociable, active, busy, not a recluse, both with their own lives but up for the odd beer too.

I enjoy outdoor sports, staying fit, film, music, pub, motorbikes, reading, travel and staying active

Additional £10. 00 per week is required for contribution to cleaner.

It's a bit more settled now and so will upload some day time photos soon with cabling all tidied etc. But it is very comfortable already. (perhaps another seat, footstool and coffee table etc)

Short lets are okay, but longer tenants preferred and if you have your own bedroom furniture, that's a bonus!

Baldock has everything and is really well located for London or Cambridge, yet is a really nice medieval town, you always get a seat on the train. Anyway, its ready now
