We are looking for tenants who are respectful of others and of their living accommodation and who like to meet and share with new people.

First viewings are planned take place around the 29th and 30th December.

There is one bathroom with shower upstairs and one toilet and shower room downstairs. As well as a lovely kitchen area there is a large communal area with huge TV, breakfast bar, sofas and chairs.

There will be TV points in every bedroom and hi-speed internet throughout the property, whether fixed or Wi-Fi.

The communal areas will be cleaned weekly and the garden maintained regularly, the cost of which is included. Own room cleaning by request.

As well as the 5 rooms in the main house, there is a gorgeous self-contained flat, which is advertised separately on this site. The flat has access to the main house and to the lovely back garden which boasts a patio area and table and chairs.
