Fully furnished flat to share

Hi! :)

My flatmate had to leave the country due to unfortunate circumstances, which has made her room available for someone new.

The flat is a fully furnished flat on the ground floor with a big communal garden. Includes couch, tv, washer/drier, microwave, fridge, etc...

The available room is pretty small, but has closet space right opposite the room door. The lounge is big and comfortable, and the open plan kitchen lends itself to being a social place. The pics kinda speak for themselves.

The price listed doesn't include bills - internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity. This adds up to around £125 each per month.

I have been living here for around 6 months and absolutely love the area.
The area is quiet, and undisturbed. And really nice if you enjoy coming home to peace and quiet.

It's 5min to Oakleigh Park Station, and 20min walk from Totteridge & Whetstone Station.

Travelling from Oakleigh Park station will get you to Finsbury Park within 10min, and to Moorgate in 35min.

I'm looking to share this flat with someone who is like me: clean, outgoing, social, and most importantly - open and honest.

I'll be happy to have viewings in the evening (after 6pm), or any time on the weekend.
