Lovely double room in a relaxed and easy going family home. The room is in a large 4 storey, Edwardian 6 bedroom house where I live with my partner and my 2 children - aged 22 and 18. Happy to consider either full rental or weekly only rental as suits.
The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a bookshelf on the wall. The bathroom is right next door to the room so you don't have to go far! There is wireless in the house. Access and use of kitchen and living room; there are laundry facilities in the basement. We have cats, and are very used to having lodgers in the house
Our house is minutes from Berkhamsted town centre and a 8 minute walk to the train station, 10 minute walk to the local sports center.
