Monday to Friday Double room
Room available from Monday to Friday morning only. Rent is £30 per night and I am prepared to rent room pro rata if you need the room less than 4 nights per week.
Large double room approximately 13 x 10 feet, currently furnished with wardrobe, double bed, bedside table and IKEA chair. Bathroom and kitchen to be shared with one other female. Lounge use is negotiable. I am happy for some belongings to be left over the weekend, but I will be using the room for having friends to stay.
I require references and for you to sign a lodger agreement.
I also require proof that you pay council tax elsewhere so I can keep my 25% single person discount.
Female lodgers preferred.
