am looking for a Flatmate to share with me in Bishops Stortford The Apartment is new and modern, oak flooring, luxury bathroom, all mod cons including Freeview TV and free WI-FI. Situated in the Town Centre right by a main bus stop and very near Train Station. Ideal for someone who commutes to London or works at Stansted Airport The room on offer is a Large Double room.

I am very easy going Responsible and easy to get along with normal quiet person non smoker. I currently have a gf and a little boy who don't live with me but does stay over once every 2 weeks on a Saturday night. I enjoy cooking, running, and outdoors and looking after my chickens!.
This is friendly place and not a party house a quiet flatmate is preferred.
I have had cabin crew stay and are now not a preference mostly due to the noise they make very early in the morning and late at night but I will still consider for the right person.
Also it is room only and only for the tenant so no overnight guests is a general rule.
(sorry just need to point these things out at the start due to problems I've had in the past)
