The property itself is located at the end of - WD6 - a quiet street with little passing traffic and a convenience store. It has excellent road links to the North, M1, A1, A5, A406, A41 and the M25

It takes about 15/20 minutes to walk to the town located on Shenley Road, the shopping area and Elstree and Borehamwood station. There are local buses 2 - 3 minute walk from the house. The buses go around the town, and the following buses 292, 107, 10 and 605 go to places such as Colindale, Edgware, Barnet, St Albans and Watford etc..

A high speed train runs every 15 minutes into central London (Kings Cross)

Borehamwood is well served with a good range of shops such as Debenhams, New Look, Outfit, Boots, Argos and a Tesco super store as well as Lidl and Morrisons.

There are bars, Café's, and resturants.
There's two leisure centres Beaumont's and Virgin Active. Along with a Vue cinema.
