Room w OWN bathroom in 2 bed flat + roof terrace!

Hi, I'm Emma and I'm looking for a young female professional to live with in a lovely flat on Maxwell Road, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

What you'll get: double room with bed/ side table/built-in wardrobe, own bathroom (bath with shower head, toilet, sink, *heated towel rack!*), parking space under cover.

There is also a balcony, beautiful roof terrace, double-glazing, lift access (though flat is on 1st floor through first door, so easy to get to!), huge Tesco five minutes walk away, bus stop outside... but with a 10-15 minute walk to Elstree and Borehamwood station you can't go wrong!

Also: open plan kitchen, leading on to a small dining area with table/chairs (*table can expand*), leading on to a cosy lounge area complete with TV, sofa, draws to put your great taste in DVDs, leading on to the *balcony*

Me: I work in social media/editorial in London, am clean and tidy but not mental about it, watch a mixture of really good and trash TV, am not the best cook but nothing's burnt just yet.. I'm also Jewish but non-practising, the only thing I don't do is eat bacon/pork so all I ask is that it's not in the flat! What else.. easy going and kind and considerate with a good sense of humour...feel free to ask further questions regarding music taste, life regrets and harboured wishes, etc etc.

You: you will be a young, female professional who has been bowled over by the above. If you are also penchant to the odd chinese takeaway (there are 1000 on the street) and a gossip about all kinds of non-consequential things then this will earn you at least three bonus points *end point entirely non-related to questionable game shows I may or may not watch*
