The property is located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac within walking distance to Turnford College. There are local buses and two mainline train stations nearby. Brookfield farm Shopping facilities are a very short two minute drive away or a twenty minute walk. I am a smoker, but only smoke in the garden, any smokers interested would be required to do the same. I am a clean, friendly, easy going, down to earth person, generally looking for people of the same nature.
