I have a fully furnished double room to rent in a well maintained two bedroom flat. you will have the use of your own bathroom which is fitted to a high standard with over bath shower.
New tenant must be Ok with dogs as i have a small Pug x Jack dog called Millie. She is very friendly and gets lots of walks so is very calm when at home.
The flat is fitted with SKY fiber optic Broadband and is very reliable.
The flat is very light throughout the day and is furnished with modern taste and clutter free design.
The closest station is Cheshunt which gets you into London in 20 minutes. Just behind the flat is a river which is nice to walk along and unwind. The Brookfield shopping center is a 2 min drive or 10 min walk, it has a Tesco, M&S, clothes stores and much more. Very easy access to the A10 and M25.
A little about myself, I am a Hotel Manager, I work Monday to Friday 9 - 5 and the occasional Saturday. I am very clean and tidy and easy to get on with.
