The house islocated in a quiet residential area.

The current occupants are aged 27 to 35 and one older guy. It should be
explained here that this is a family house, with the father, a brother and sister, and two lodgers.
Both lodgers have been here for a while, and it all seems to work fairly well.
You would have to be happy with this set up for it to work for you and everybody else.

It is a fairly calm house with everybody getting on with their lives, rather than a party house.
The house has a large communal living room and large communal kitchen, which can get busy at times.
There is a utility room with a washing machine.
There is a sizable private garden and patio area.

There is no smoking in the house.

No parking is provided, but are no parking restrictions in the road.

The property is located close to local amenities (local shops, Tesco Superstore, transport links, doctors etc.).
Watford town centre with its comprehensive shopping is about 20 minutes walk.

Bushey Station is about 10 to 15 minutes walk and has good services to Euston.
There are two London bus routes to Stanmore/Edgware and Harrow

A comprehensive sports centre with a swimming pool is about 10 minutes walk.

The area is also good for those who like walking/nature.
There are many cross-country routes not far from the property.
