Self-contained Room, Kitchen/Bedrm/Onsuite shower

Hi all, we are a loving, hardworking family who are currently looking for a friendly, reliable and down to earth person to rent out our self contained room.

The room is spacious, self-contained with a kitchen, including table and chairs, appliances such as fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Also includes pots, pans crockery, cutlery, glasses & utensils.

Room includes a triple wardrobe with mirror, single bed with mattress, wooden unit with shelves - pillow, duvet and sheets are not included due to hygiene reasons.

Room has an on-suite shower room with a brand new power shower.

The room is on the ground floor - you will have your own entrance separate from the main entrance, there is also room on the driveway for one extra car.

We live a 2 min walk from 3 bus stops and local shops such as the Post office, Co-op, Public house, and coffee shop. A further 5 min walk away is a dry cleaner, fish and chip shop and garage. We also live a 3 min drive to Brookfield Farm, 2 min to A10, 5 min to J25, and M25 and 10/15 minutes walk to Cheshunt station.

Bills Include water, gas and electric are all included with the price.

We would ideally like to find someone who would like to stay with us for the long term, although short-term rental is not a problem. We would also like to have someone who has rented a room in a house before and have available references.
