Double bedroom Cheshunt *All bills* close to M25

I am looking for preferably a female flatmate. Room only all bills included plus share of kitchen and bathroom. Additional £30 cleaning fee per month which includes any shared items such as toilet roll and cleaning products.

Double bedroom with double bed available in an old Victorian coach house on the top floor away from the other rooms on it's own, so very private - tidy, clean and quiet house. The kitchen and bathroom are modern. Wireless broadband, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Room has it's own lock for security.

Small garden. The rooms have plenty of natural light, are fairly newly decorated and furnished.

Location is ideal for Central London commuters with Cheshunt Train Station being only a 15-20 min walk away. Cheshunt town centre with shops, banks, pubs & restaurants is 15 mins walk. Tesco supermarket is also within 15 min walk and the Brookfield center is only a few minutes drive away. Plenty of free parking available. 5 mins drive to M25 junction 25.

Local cafe and newsagent are only 2 mins walk away. The house is also near various direct bus routes, with bus stop across the road.

You can be at London Liverpool Street within 24 min from where you can connect to the Tube on the Central Line, Circle Line, Hammersmith & City Line and Metropolitan Line. Alternatively, Tottenham Hale Station on the Victoria Line is 9 min by train from Cheshunt Station.

Professionals or full-time working tenants ONLY but no DSS and no students please. Must be tidy, clean, very considerate & well-behaved. Pricing inclusive of bills - gas, water, electricity, Council Tax, washing machine, dishwasher and wireless broadband. No land line phone.

Rent is payable in advance monthly on an agreed date.

Available per week on short lets for £175 a week (single occupancy) or £210 (couples) inclusive of all bills. Max stay for couples is 2 weeks.

Looking for someone tidy, clean, quiet and considerate. There is me and currently James who is renting another room from me. James will be moving end of September and I may just have x1 housemate from then on if I can. We are both very friendly and the kind of house mates you don't know are in as we are so quiet. I work from home and work long hours, so just am looking for a flatmate who understands that and is quiet and cleans up as they go along, and mucks in occasionally. Extra “deep” cleaning is done once a week and is covered by the additional £30 payable each month.

Absolutely non smokers only - that doesn't mean you only smoke in the garden....sorry but the smell follows smokers. Please don't contact me if you are a smoker - still getting smokers asking and you may think you don't smell, but you do :)

1 month security deposit, x1 months rent, signed tenancy agreement and references required before move in date. Photo ID and proof of address copies will be taken.

No late rental payments, so please only apply if you are reliable and trustworthy. Rent and deposit payable upfront before keys are handed over.
