I am looking for a single professional person to rent by 1 bedrooom garage conversion.

The cottage is detached from the main house. There is a bedroom with ensuite shower room. Separate kitchen and lounge. There is off street parking. You will have shared use of the large garden (have a gardner who tends to it)
It is fully furnished (bed wardrobe bedside table, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cuttlery etc, fridge, microwave, sofa, tv cabinet, somewhere to sit at). Wifi, bills and sky included.

I am looking for a professional person who is social, clean and will look after it for me. I live in the main house with my 2 sons and a cat. We have a lovely patio with BBQ area.

We are in a lovely area within a short walk down to the river chess. 5 minute drive to Chorleywood station or Rickmansworth station. 2 min drive to M25 (jct 18) We are on the met line.
