Chorleywood is a pretty and well heeled village with tube links into London make it popular - by road - got it's own Jctn 17 on M25. Train - Metropolitan tube line to Baker street (38 mins) and Chiltern Express to Marylebone (30 mins) oyster card on both.
Independent shops, country pubs, walks on the common and surrounding countryside. Great if you want to escape to the countryside after work.

£650 pcm inc Bills and council tax. Dbl room for one person, furnished, share use of a spacious home and garden - which has a quality shabby chic thing going on rather than modern, with me and my partner (gay couple) and one old Whippet (who stays over quite often). Parking is free and not a problem.

I am easy going/outdoorsey/arty type (I tutor at film school and also work as a landscape gardener). Use of the whole house and garden so it feels like a home for right person. Often have film nights using the projector and screen.

Really enjoyed having previous tenants who have since become good friends, find it suits someone who is also easy going. Would be flexible on rent if req mon -fri let only.
