The house is situated behind secure electric gates.
Big luxury double room with Kingsize bed, 3seater sofa and big wardrobes, with two chest of draws. Room has never been rented out before, hardly been used is like new.

1min walk to Codicote high street with local shops and local post office. Knebworth train station 5min drive away. Welwyn north train station 10min drive.
Street parking.

we all get along well, we have nights in front of the telly, when xfactor, Downton Abbey ect is on, but we also like and respect each other's space.

In the room I will provide you with a tv (unless you have your own) you have use of a shower room, the family bathroom and kitchen.
The bathroom and shower room you will share with only one other house mate. Me and my girlfriend have our own ensuite

I'm the owner of the house, me and my girlfriend keep it nice and tidy. The other house mate is a mature 21yr old male ie quite and well mannered.
