The house is close to village shops ,pubs playing fields and woodland walks.
The room has a brand-new double bed, two bedside tables ,a tv, a chair ,a desk with swivel chair , two lamps ,a double wardrobe with drawers, a bookshelf and a large built in storage area with shelving.
The house has been recently redecorated and has a large kitchen ;you would have your own fridge and freezer and use of all amenities including washing machine and dishwasher.
There is a newly refurbished bathroom with walk in shower.
The garden is well maintained with pergola, patio seating , large summerhouse and plenty of storage for a bike etc.
Off road parking at the front of the house and a garage at the rear is available on request .
The occupants of the house are myself and my 17 year old son (he is a quiet polite young man who is either at college or at work during the day ).
I work 8-5 Monday to Friday as a nurse in a GP practice .
I have 2 lovely cats.
