House/doubleroom, walk to croxley station

Double room available in my home.
Full use of the house and all the facilities.. wifi etc, all furnished ready to move in. House is walking distance from the train station if needed (40mins to London). Close to the green and a couple of nice country style pubs.

I have the house split into two front rooms so you can pretty much have your own space if needed, open fire in the front room, decent kitchen and nice garden etc..

Down to earth, easy going, professional people considered. I keep a tidy house so would like someone with the same view. If you're a smoker, that's fine, but it'll be outside as i prefer to keep the house no-smoking.

I'd recommend viewing as you really can't get a feel for the room/house as you can't have many pics on here!

If you could email your interest to begin with, it's easier for me to keep track & I can't always answer my phone..
