Double room for single occupant, furnished, bathroom shared with one other person. Room has been recently redecorated and recarpeted (1 year ago). House has large lounge and kitchen plus lovely well cared for garden.

Excellent transport links into central London Kings Cross & Moorgate direct from Oakleigh Park station (zone 4) or bus links to Piccadilly and Northern lines. Easy parking ouside property on road. Good access to M25 J23/24, A1, A406.

Currently occupied by me and my eldest daughter. We both work in central London and are sociable people although we tend to keep to ourselves during the week.

Smokers OK but we do not smoke in the house. We have two cats who are confined to downstairs at night.
