Lovely double room with own bathroom

This is a modern house kept clean and tidy always. The room is lovely with a nice big cupboard, drawers, television and desk. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and is for the sole use of the person who rents this room. There is a bath and a shower in this bathroom, as well as a toilet. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. It is a quiet household so will not suit everybody but if you want this, you will be happy here. A cleaner comes in every two weeks, although this is not a condition of rental, and cleans the bathrooms and the common areas, but it is expected that everyone will keep their own area and common areas tidy and clean. The bus stop is one minute walk and it will take you either the northern line or the overground train.
