I have large double room available now, for a quiet full-time professional for up to 6 months. room consists of double wardrobe, chest of 4 drawers, bedside units. TV with free-view & use of DVD player.

You will have use of all amenities - dishwasher, washing machine, pots and pans etc. bathroom has shower and bath. the flat is in a block of 4 with a security door. There is plenty of storage in rear shed and small garden with washing line. double cupboard in the kitchen for your use and space in fridge/freezer.

I do not have private parking but there is plenty of spaces on the road right outside the flat with street light.

The village is 3. 5 miles from Luton airport and 3 from Hitchin town. close to A1 and M1. It has a few pubs/restaurants and a shop. Arriva buses between Luton and Stevenage regularly.

I will require 1 weeks rent and 2 weeks notice rent in advance. there will be no charge for last 2 weeks of your stay.
