Double room in friendly flat in Harpenden

We have a great double room available to rent from 6th November.

The flat is on two floors and has two bathrooms, a shared living room and kitchen. The available room is a good sized double with a fitted wardrobe on the top floor. Room is rented as unfurnished but the current tenant may be able to leave some.

Harpenden centre and station is a few minutes drive away or a 15 minute walk and we're conveniently right next to some local shops and a coop. There is also plenty of non-permit parking on the road just outside.

We are two easy going working professionals - we are clean and tidy and like all the usual things - cooking, sports, socialising etc, but equally (as I'm sure everyone does from time to time) we like our own space too.

Bills not included but are approximately £150 per month, depending on the time of year. This includes council tax, virgin tv and internet, tv license, water, gas and electricity.
