Light and airy double room available from January. The room is furnished with large fitted wardrobe, king size bed, two chests of drawers and a bedside table. Shared use of the kitchen/diner, living room, main bathroom, downstairs w/c and pretty garden with patio. On street parking outside house on small cul-de-sac.

The house is a 10-15 minute walk from the station in a lovely neighbourhood.

Part-time live in landlady, professional, relaxed but likes to keep a nice home. Also sharing in part time residence is a mostly well behaved Labrador.

One room is already rented out to a couple who are 29 and 30.

Looking for a relaxed but tidy professional to share the house with. I want the house to be their home as much as it is mine. A liking of wine and/or beer is welcome but not mandatory!
