Double room available to rent in my house in Barlow Close, located on Hatfield Business Park near to Ocado, Veolia, T-Mobile and De Havilland Campus. There is no minimum rental term. We pay all the bills including council tax, TV licence and utilities. Internet is available. I have 2 full time cleaners who regularly clean all the shared areas within the house. We also fully maintain the house and private garden. The house has a large kitchen/diner with range cooker, 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and utensils. The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is access to a garage for storage of luggage, bicycles, etc. I rent to professionals and students.
