I am a private live-out landlord with a top floor single small room available to rent in my house in Oaklands Wood, Hatfield, near to Asda, Hatfield Town Centre and Hatfield main line railway station.

All bills are included in the rental price, including electricity, gas, water, Council Tax, TV license, broadband.

Broadband is available in the house.

This room is available to a professional or mature student.

The house has a large kitchen/diner equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and utensils.

I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house. Both the house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team.

On street parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is also a TV point in the room.
