The property is located 5 minutes walk to Hatfield University and 5 minutes walk to local shops, minutes to the bus stop and only a few minutes drive from the A1.

I am looking for a family to stay there for a minimum 12 month contract. All are respectful of the communal areas, clean, friendly, quite, non-smoker and easy to get along
