I have 1 double furnished room available for a lodger to rent.
The property is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment. It is my first home and I have lived here for just over a year. The apartment is part of a small collection of 10 apartments with a communal courtyard/garden.
I will be a live in landlord and am looking for someone similar minded to become a lodger.
The bedroom boasts neutral decoration, is fully carpeted and includes a double bed with memory foam mattress, a new wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. There is room for extra storage should you wish to add any.

The monthly rent for the double bedroom would be £460pm including all bills, internet and council tax.

The property is in a fantastic location, it is a 2 minute walk to the galleria and asda, with the train station, business park and town centre also within walking distance.

I am a teacher and am therefore ideally looking for a similar young professional with similar working hours. This room would particularly suit a commuter, graduate or young professional. Anyone interested in the room would need to be sociable but clean and respectful of the fact that this is my first home.
I will happily consider full time lodgers or people wanting a room for weekdays only.
The room will be available from 1st December 2013.
