5 rooms in a 6 Bedroom house in Hatfield available

I have a 6 bedroom house near Asda available for rent from July onwards. It has just been refurbished and is very clean inside, with new furniture and fittings in each room.

On the ground floor the house has a living room, and a large kitchen/diner, which opens up to the back garden/patio. There is also a shower and a toilet.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, one of the rooms is extra large and has an en suite shower. The other two rooms are one double and one single.

On the second floor there is another 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one single), and a bathroom with a toilet and a bath/shower. It is one of these doubles that is taken.

All 6 bedrooms also have a vanity sink, the current photos don't show this, but I will get new photos soon.

The prices shown are including bills, but I am happy to do it with you paying the bills if you prefer, just take £50 off the price of each room. Obviously that can only happen if all the tenants agree. The bills included are gas, electricity, water, council tax and Virgin media broadband.
