My wife and I recently renovated our house and we have installed a self contained annexe on the ground floor.

Its pretty much a small studio apartment finished to a great standard and competitively priced ideally located near both St Albans and Hatfield train stations which provide direct routes into London. Ideally looking for a clean, quiet professional. We will consider the right couple but there will be an adjustment to the mentioned price.

Due to our working patterns we would prefer if you did not park on the drive. There are restrictions between 8am-4pm but might be able to be flexible with the drive on some days.

We have a 1 year old child and we are usually awake from 6am so this will ideally be let by someone who is an early riser.

Priced competitively so we can find the right person.

Just been painted and had an end of tenancy clean.
