The house is clean and quiet, a brisk 10mins from Hatfield town centre, 5mins from University of Hertfordshire and close to the train station too.

The tenants are pleasant and quiet female students/working professionals who would welcome another female tenant to take the room.

4 months requested, however I am willing to consider 3 months let.
