Single & double rooms on Business Park

Hi - We are looking for a clean and friendly person to share a large house with similar females and male professionals.

The house is a large 3 storey town house and is located close to the District Centre, Business Park, University and David Lloyd Gym & has excellent links to the bus, train stations and A1/M1 motorways.

The property is very luxurious, spacious, and is decorated and furnished to a high standard and viewing is highly recommended.

There is a large kitchen diner with 2 fridge / freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and large range cooker. Wireless broadband is provided. An alarm is also fitted and there are locks on all rooms for some added security.

The rooms really nice and large and are fully furnished with built in wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. The room also has a leather bed for some added comfort and one has its own ensuite.

The rent includes all bills, council tax etc and is professionally cleaned each week.

Unfortunately the room is not available to couples and there is a no-smoking policy in the house.
