RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS WITH HIGH-SPEED INTERNET. IF YOU ARE USING SEPARATE HEATING DEVICE THEN NEED TO PAY £25/MONTH EXTRA FOR IT. During winter time central heating will be on most of the time.
