I have a spare room to fill in a modern 5 bedroom house near De Hav (The Runway).
There are 4 other students living in the house, all male.
Rent is about £400 a month and then bills are about £30 per month on top of that.
The other housemates are all easy to get along with, 3 maths students and 1 business student.
I'm currently planning on moving out on the 17/12/14, but I can move out earlier if necessary.
