It is very close to Hatfield train station and 10 minutes walking to Asda and 20 minutes to business park. The room has double bed with storage, wardrobe, chest of draw and side table. The flat has decent size lounge, kitchen with all appliances and 1 bathroom. There is communal garden and car parking space as well.
The rent excludes utility bills which will be shared between 2 people and works out to be roughly £100 which includes council tax, electricity water and fibre broadband.
I am very clean, quiet and friendly person who works on weekdays and liked to relax over the weekend.
