This is a new build house located on the Salisbury Village Estate. It's a nice 5 bed house in a quiet cul-de-sac. The kitchen has all the usual fittings, dishwasher, 2 fridge-freezers, washing machine etc. There is a good sized garden.

All bills are included in the rent.

A double room has become available and will be let on a short term basis. It is a double bedroom and comes furnished, and will be available for 2 weeks only from the 30th December 2015 to 16th January 2016. This will be for a short let only over the New Year.

There is high speed fibre broadband at 65 meg download, 20 meg upload.

We are located near the Hatfield Business Estate (Occado, Arla, EE etc), the new Herts Uni and the Galleria, all within easy walking distance.
