Double Room for rent in quiet house

Available from 5th January - light, clean, furnished, decent size double room for mature, friendly person in shared house with one other person (landlady) with large garden, WIFI and off road parking in Hemel Hempstead. Someone who loves cats as I have one who's quite friendly and sociable.

My house is located in a quiet road, close to local shops, and approx 1. 5 miles from the town centre and Hemel Hempstead Railway Station (only 30 mins to London Euston or Milton Keynes).

I can provide towels and bedding and will wash and change at the weekend when you are gone.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY:

MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY (leave on Friday morning for work, and back anytime after 8pm on Sunday evening). However, the occasional weekend can be accommodated if needed.

1 month's rent = £500 pcm and deposit payable in advance. (Deposit = £250)

Professionals only. No students/no unemployed. No couples of any kind (whether in a relationship or parent & offspring, siblings etc).

Must be a non smoker/non vaper.
