A single room is available in my modern 3 bedroomed terraced house in a quiet, safe residential area, which overlooks green parkland.

The room is at the front of the house and has a nice view out over green parkland. There is a single bed, wardrobe with 2 drawers, wall hung mirror, high speed broadband and a TV socket.

The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom, as well as lounge, dining room and a garden for relaxing on sunny days.

The house is on the edge of the town and only a couple of miles from Berkhamsted, which is great for coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. It is also on the edge of the Ashridge forest estate so is well placed for walking and cycling. I have space available to store a bike.

Parking is on the street in a cul-de-sac in front of the house. The station is within easy reach and a good bus service is available to the Maylands Industrial Area and town centre.

Ideally the room would suit someone on secondment or fixed term contract and not therefore looking for a permanent place.
