Hi, lovely accommodation for right applicant. Looking for mature female tenant who is animal lover who will look after house and our birds when we are away, in return for reduced rent.

Nice sized self-contained single bed annex with own front door, and back door that leads to sunny patio and pretty garden. Located in quiet, friendly family home, with own shower/washroom/toilet, and small utility area with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Bedroom fully funished with TV. Access to main house for use of full kitchen, washing machine etc.

Home is located in quiet area of Hemel with off street parking, not far from the ski slope. There are local shops/pub 5 mins walk, and house is ideally situated for both Maylands Industrial Area and Apsley Train Station, both of which would be around 15-20mins walk.

Please note that because of a medical condition that I have mobile data cannot be used in the house while I am at home, however when I am in the house, mobile data can be used in our summer house at the top of the garden.
