One minute walk to the Hemel Marlowes High Street and 15 mins walk to the Rail Station. The apartment is located at the modern block of flats with 24hour CCTV and intercom secured gates. It is nicely decorated, furnished and equipped. All bills are included except for a council tax (£40/month if you register at the address, if not - you would not be paying any taxes, at all as well as if you are a student which are also exempt from a council tax). You’ll be living with a nice couple: husband and wife. I’m a landlady who is currently travelling abroad. So please call me via WhatsApp, the calls from UK cost me a small fortune:)
