We have one double room (18 April)available. All the prices are quoted per calender month, and is inclusive of all bills.

This is a clean and professional house share, and has recently been refurbished, so all the furniture are new and modern.

The house is located near (Walking distance) bus links directly into town center and the Hemel Hempstead train station (23 mins to London Euston with London Midlands service running every 15 mins.). Access to the M1 is very easy, and the house is also close to ST Albans. (10mins drive)

The necessary amenities are walking distance from the house, and includes a Sainsbury supermarket, Post Office, Pharmacy and Open Park land. Town Centre is 5 mins drive and offers the Marlow's shopping center, a trendy old town with a high street, shops, bars & restaurants.

Rent is payable monthly in advance via a standing order. We also require a month’s rent as a refundable deposit (To be insured with a deposit protection scheme).
The contract (AST) will be for a minimum of 6 months, after which it becomes a rolling 1 month contract. There is a notice period of 1 month.
