I am relocating back to Scotland for a new job, and looking for someone to take over my room in friendly flatshare in Hertford. You will be sharing with Stuart - a 30 year old IT professional, who is easy going, social and considerate. He also makes a mean homemade lasagne! Looking for someone similar who might enjoy grabbing a beer once in a while.

The flat is on the second floor in a quiet residential complex, and the room is rear facing with a leafy view. It is currently being advertised as an unfurnished room, but the purchase of the current furniture could be negotiated if interest is stated before I make arrangements to transport it north.

Room includes exclusive use of own bathroom (as other room in the house is ensuite), which is fitted with a three piece white suite comprising of a panel enclosed bath, with electric shower over it; wash hand basin and WC. It also has storage and a heated towel rail.
