Super cute terrace house with small sunny double room available. Can move in ASAP. The bedroom is unfurnished, it is small but could take a double bed and has a pretty fireplace.
All other areas of the house are fully furnished and kitchen is fully set up (including a dishwasher).
I am a single professional who works in London. I am looking for a clean, tidy, friendly housemate who is independent but also likes a glass of wine now and again. I have cat so no good for people who are allergic to animals.
Parking on the road.
20 minute walk to Hertford North or East station or a five-minute drive.
Bills around £100 per month, including; Virgin media TV, phone and internet, power & gas, water, council tax and TV licence. Would maybe look into getting a cleaner.
